Position Overview
This position involves a wide range of HR planning responsibilities, with a primary focus on recruitment, as well as onboarding, HR data management, and the promotion of training and organizational culture initiatives. As a key role supporting business growth, you will have the opportunity to engage in various HR functions with a strong sense of speed and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
【Recruitment】
- Direct recruiting (sending scout messages to candidates)
- Interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Coordination and management of external partners and recruitment agencies
- Participation in recruitment-related meetings (internal and external)
【Onboarding & Organizational Support】
・Identifying target employees for monthly surveys
・Distributing and collecting surveys
・Aggregating and analyzing responses, and sharing insights with business units
【Training】
・Supporting the planning and execution of training programs by employee level (e.g., new hires, mid-level employees, managers)
・Coordinating and administering training sessions
【Organization & Culture】
・Promoting and supporting engagement improvement initiatives
・Executing measures to enhance organizational conditions and utilizing data for improvement
【HR Data Analysis】
・Inputting and managing employee resignation data
・Conducting various data analyses and preparing reports
【Other HR Planning Tasks】
・Supporting group-related projects
・Promoting efficiency improvements and optimization of HR operations
Mandatory Requirements
- Business-level conversational English (approximately TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
- Work experience (approximately 2+ years)
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Practical experience in recruitment (including assistant roles)
- Experience in HR planning

Role Overview
This role is a hands-on HR Manager position responsible for executing payroll, social insurance, and labor management operations while ensuring compliance and stable HR operations. The role requires a player-manager who actively contributes to day-to-day operations while overseeing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
【Payroll & Bonus Administration】
- Manage monthly payroll and bonus processing (from time & attendance data consolidation to final payment)
- Handle salary adjustments related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers
- Manage annual year-end tax adjustments (documentation collection, calculation, and submission)
- Prepare and distribute payslips
- Create payroll payment data (e.g., bank transfer files)
- Calculate provisions (bonuses, paid leave)
【Social Insurance & Tax Procedures】
- Process employee enrollment and termination for social and employment insurance
- Handle annual standard remuneration and monthly change procedures
- Manage annual labor insurance updates
- Handle resident tax special collection
- Coordinate with external labor and tax consultants
【Attendance & Labor Management】
- Monitor time and attendance (working hours, overtime, leave)
- Ensure compliance with labor agreements (36 Agreement) and manage working hours
- Manage paid leave (allocation and usage tracking)
- Handle employee relations issues (lateness, absenteeism, discipline)
- Manage leave of absence and return-to-work processes
【Policies & Labor Relations】
- Draft and update work regulations and HR policies (including basic revisions)
- Handle labor inspection responses (including corrective actions)
- Provide first-level support for harassment and labor-related consultations
- Manage workplace incidents and workers’ compensation cases
【Employee Administration】
- Prepare and manage employment contracts
- Maintain HR data and headcount records (primarily using Excel)
- Respond to internal inquiries (payroll, leave, procedures)
【Process Improvement 】
- Improve operational efficiency using Excel and payroll systems
- Promote digitization of paper-based processes
- Assess and manage outsourcing (e.g., payroll vendors, social insurance advisors)
【Team Management(Small Team) 】
- Manage and oversee team members (approx. 1–3 staff)
- Provide guidance and quality checks
- Prevent knowledge dependency and ensure process standardization
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and social insurance operations
- End-to-end experience in labor procedures (onboarding/offboarding through labor compliance)
- Broad operational experience in SMEs or small organizations
- Strong Excel skills (function level)
- Ability to operate as a hands-on player-manager
- Experience in HR policy revision (work rules, compensation policies) and labor inspection
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with labor and social insurance consultants
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Bugyo, freee, Money Forward, etc.)
- English proficiency (approx. TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
