Salary raise and bonus
Rise once per year, reward twice per year

Office hours
7 hours 45 minutes / day (45 minutes break)
9:00 ~ 17:30 – Flexible time system

Holidays
2 days off per week with long summer and New Year holidays

Allowances
Information technology technician qualification allowance

  Information Technology Engineer : 10,000 Yen
  Application Information Technology Engineer : 20,000 Yen
  Further higher qualifications : 25,000 Yen ~40,000 Yen
Family allowance (monthly) : 12,000 Yen for the spouse, 10,000 Yen for the 1st child, 7,000 yen for the 2nd child, 5,000 Yen for the 3rd child and above
Managerial allowance : 50 hours of overtime equivalent
Work position allowance : 5,000Yen ~30,000 Yen
Commuting expenses : Full payment
There is a lump sum payment system for acquiring vendor qualifications
