Position Overview
The Head of IS&T ensures the information system’s alignment with group and company strategy, and is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational maintenance of the information system, along with its security, quality, and compliance with group policies as well as local policies, standards, and regulations. To this end, he is responsible for marketing the IS and the IT Department, both within the company and externally if applicable.

【Digital・IT Transformation】
- Digitilization and automation of business processes
- Operations optimization through data utilization and AI implementation
【Support for Social Insurance and Labor Insurance Procedures】
Management of
- Timesheet data verification
- Troubleshooting
- Leave management (paid leave, parental leave, caregiving leave, special leave）
【IT Infrastructure development and maintenance】
- Infrastructure, application, digital workplaces development and maintenance
- Ensures stable operation and improve efficiency
【Cybersecurity】
- Implements group security policies and local regulations
- Ensures the reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems.
- Ensures business continuity and disaster recovery readiness are aligned with business expectations.
- Conducts regular exercises to ensure company readiness.
- Manages Audits and regulatory compliance
【Project Management 】
- Leadership in large-scale IT projects
- Global system integration
【Stakeholder Management】
- Collaboration with internal teams（Management・Business・HR, etc.）
- Vendor ・external partner management
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in IT field（10 years or more）
- Experience in managing IT organization or projects
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Native Japanese, Business English level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Strategy／Digital Transformation
- Experience in cyber security & IT infrastructure
- Understanding of the BtoB engineer consulting company
