  • Include unfamiliar fax numbers, unnatural phrasing, or typographical errors.
  • May require you to scan a QR code.

  1. If you receive a suspicious fax, do not respond to the contact information provided, do not scan any QR codes, and do not make any payments.
  2. If you are unsure whether a fax is genuinely from our company, please contact us using the official contact details listed on our website—not the number provided in the fax
  3. Report any suspicious faxes to our customer helpdesk.
