WORK PACKAGES

ALTEN’s Work Packages involve multiple levels of responsibility and risk-sharing, with the option to be executed at the client’s site or on ALTEN premises. Supervised by the Technical Management, they benefit from logistical resources provided by ALTEN and may include offshore structures for certain phases.

The Work Packages offering represents a barrier to entry for competitors due to its advanced processes and methodologies. The development of Work Packages has strong implications for both ALTEN and its clients, optimizing productivity and sometimes requiring the overhaul of processes and technical interfaces.

CONSULTING

ALTEN’s core business, consulting, helps clients meet their needs by providing functional, technical or support skills. The project is carried out on the client’s premises based on the commitment of providing resources, time spent and under the responsibility of an ALTEN Manager. ALTEN Engineers take charge of the project.
