Industrial Inkjet Printer Control Systems

ALTEN Japan conducts various tasks such as the development of control systems recorded on the base, such as setting functions from the touch panel for printing content, character type and size, etc., and functions to adjust ink viscosity and jetting speed depending on the material, are carried out.

What is an industrial inkjet printer?

Industrial inkjet printers operates on the same principle as consumer products and print by dropping dots of ink. However it uses a non-contact printing method where the printer  propels droplets and can be used for a variety of shapes and sizes.

The difference between industrial inkjet printers and consumer products lies in their intended use: they can print on any external shape or material of the printed object, and can print on curved, polyhedral and other three-dimensional surfaces, uneven or soft objects, fragile objects and other objects that cannot be printed on with a consumer printer.

Industrial inkjet printers are also used worldwide and are available in different languages.

Examples of use

They are used for printing on various shapes and materials in various industries and are indispensable for product manufacturing.

Control systems development

ALTEN Japan engineers develop control systems recorded on the base, such as functions for setting the print content, character type and size from the touch panel, and adjusting the viscosity and jetting speed of the ink depending on the material, etc.
