ALTEN Group takes its origin in Paris, France. ALTEN has been providing technical consulting worldwide for over 30 years and is listed on the Euronext.
ALTEN Group has close to 60,000 engineers and staff present in more than 30 countries. ALTEN engineers work on complex and highly technical projects in a wide range of fields including information services, automotive, telecommunications equipment, semiconductors, IoT and aerospace.
ALTEN Group’s Japanese operations started with the creation of ALTEN Japan in 2020. We were 100 engineers and staff in 2020 and since then 100 new persons join us every year.
In November 2023, ALTEN Group welcomed East Japan Technical Research Institute, a long-established IT engineering company that has developed software-related services mainly in the North Kanto region since its establishment in 1985.
In January 2025, ALTEN Japan and East Japan Technical Research Institute will merge. We will combine ALTEN Group’s cohesion, innovation and Stability, ALTEN Japan’s growth potential and mobility and East Japan Technical Research Institute’s outstanding capabilities and solid foundations with its partners to pursue synergies.
